Important recognition: Campster received the award – The best non-academic educator

As part of the AFA Talent Development Forum 2022, an award competition was organized in several important categories. The right to participate was given to all business entities or organizations that in any way encourage the creation and growth of talents, i.e., through various education programs, they support the progress of the educational and business sectors.

This year's AFA Talent Development Forum 2022 hosted some famous world names in the field of education, among which we highlight Kimo Lähdevirt, the Finnish ambassador who emphasized some of the key advantages of the unique Finnish educational system.

Within the forum, a student debate was organized under the professional title "This House believes that the responsibility for the creation and development of talents lies more with employers than with the education sector", in which students of the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Organizational Sciences of the University of Belgrade emphasized the value of informal education and lifelong learning.
